Get to know me

Vivien Bobisch - Speech therapist, speaker, mother, (life) artist

Why did you become a speech therapist?

I am passionate about helping people regain a greater sense of security and quality of life. It is especially important to me that no one feels alone with their questions or concerns.

From the very beginning, I have been fascinated by the unique combination of language, communication, and medical work. It is precisely this combination that makes the profession of speech therapist so multifaceted for me to this day.

What is particularly important to you in therapy?

I don't just want to treat people, but truly support them. It's important to me that parents, patients, and relatives understand what's happening and can take away concrete help for everyday life.

What sets you apart from other practices?

I take my time for an individual assessment and consciously avoid working according to a fixed formula. It is important to me to meet people where they are, and not only to see their challenges, but also to recognize and promote their strengths and abilities.

I place particular importance on providing trustworthy support, clear explanations, and practical exercises that can be implemented directly. Home visits, Saturday appointments, and flexible care are just as important to me as close collaboration with parents and family members.

What can patients expect from you?

A calm, respectful, and professional atmosphere. It is important to me that you feel well cared for and know what the next steps should be.

What advice would you give to people who are unsure whether they need support?

You don't need to be sure first. That's exactly what I'm here for. Together, we'll figure out what makes sense and what options are available. Often, an initial assessment brings more clarity and certainty.
